Automation Intelligence Inc.'s sole shareholder, Sanyo Denki Co., Ltd. (SDC), recently decided to cease operations at Automation Intelligence, Inc. (AI). The date for the effective close of business was January 31, 2006.


SDC also decided to distribute its relevant products solely through its US affiliate, Sanyo Denki America, Inc. (SDA), effective February 1, 2006.


For the purpose of providing continued support to the valued customers of AI, SDA established a regional Atlanta Office in Duluth, Georgia, effective February 1, 2006.
