SANMOTION C Motion Controller
Motion Control, PLC Control, and Robot Control all in one unit: the forthcoming SANMOTION C Motion Controller is a simple system that will offer flexible customization and simple development, and will support the most widely-used programming languages.

SERCOS Compatible SANMOTION Servo Systems
SANMOTION PV Compact Servo Systems with SERCOS Interface
Choose the compact SANMOTION PV Series servo systems when size does matter. These miniature SERCOS systems are available in seven sizes from 100W up to 1.5kW. SERCOS fiber-optic connections provide a noise-free deterministic connection to the controller. Tightly coordinate up to 32 axes of servo motion from one AML controller.
SANMOTION PE Series Servo Systems with SERCOS Interface
Choose SERCOS-compatible, all digital servo systems for use with AML, our PC based multi-axis control. These standard size systems are available up to 5kW. SERCOS fiber-optic connections provide a noise-free deterministic connection to the controller. Tightly coordinate up to 32 axes of servo motion from one AML controller.
SANMOTION PV Series Indexing Servo Systems with DeviceNet
Use DeviceNet to interface to our SANMOTION PV indexing servo systems. This system is ideal for single axis applications, or where loose coordination between multiple axes (up to 64) is acceptable. These systems require a DeviceNet Master controller; our AML controller can be used as the DeviceNet master, or third-party master units are also acceptable.

Traditional AC Servo Systems
SANMOTION Q Series Servo Systems
The SANMOTION Q Series Servo System was designed for precise operation with real-time auto-tuning in an affordable and flexible package. The system offers high response, high encoder resolution, fast stabilization, vibration control, and low motor cogging in a space-saving design.
SANMOTION PY Series Servo Systems
These traditional ac servo systems offer a choice of command sources including analog velocity or torque commands, and pulse and direction with electronic gearing, and master encoder following with electronic gearing. Stepper emulation mode accepts either "step & direction" or "step-up, step-down" pulses, and can incorporate electronic gearing. These systems can be configured as "drop-in replacements" for stepper systems with no change to the stepper controller or the program.

SANMOTION PB Closed-Loop Hybrid Servo Series
SANMOTION PB servo systems combine a traditional stepping motor with closed-loop servo technology. This marriage of technologies results in a product with an excellent combination of low cost and high performance. The PB servo systems will not stall, have smooth velocity over the full speed range, are completely jitter-free at zero speed, and have faster settling time compared to a conventional ac servo. PB drives accept either "Point-to-point applications that require very high acceleration and deceleration are an excellent fit for PB servo systems.

Stepping Systems
Our SANMOTION stepping systems provides an exact angular rotation for each incoming pulse command; a wide range of existing indexers or motion controllers can be used to provide the pulse command format. Since the position control is open-loop with a stepping system, stalling and speed fluctuations are some considerations, but stepping systems offer a cost advantage compared to closed-loop servos, and they have a high standstill torque without zero-speed jitter.
